Domaine Tempier Blanc 2020

This white wine from the Tempier domain is a true discovery. The grapes come from 3 different plots, all facing south. The vineyards are on average 30 years old and give a lot of depth. Nevertheless, this wine has a refreshing character. The wine is aged in large wooden foeders for 10 months. In the mouth you get notes of southern fruits such as peach and apricot and a light undertone of acacia flowers. When tasting you get notes of nectarine, acacia honey and a light salty undertone. This wine can also keep for a few years and is a true discovery of what white wine from Provence can offer us.
