This Lebanese symphony of Château Khoury is the second wine of the domain and is made from no less than 4 different grape varieties. Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Syrah. These are each used for ¼ in the production of this wine. After a manual harvest, which is done with the greatest care, 40% of the wines are in new French barrels of Allier oak and 60% in second-year barrels. After maturation, the wines are bottled and kept in the castle for several years before being released on the market. This wine gives us scents of fresh strawberries, vanilla and spices in the nose. In the mouth, the wine is very harmonious and the balance between red forest fruits, fig and a light touch of dark fruit marmalade is excellent. The symphony has fine and elegant tannins that finish it off. A powerful red wine that goes well with refined dishes. If you want to decanter the wine, it is best to use a narrow carafe to fully enjoy its aromas. health!
