Clos Baguey is the top wine of Elian Da Ros. And when we say top, that's an understatement. The grapes come from his oldest vineyards in the Côte de Marmandais. The siltation in the underground of the Garonne and the combination of a rich subsoil and the ideal location and climate provide phenomenal conditions that some winegrowers can only dream of. The wine is labeled demeter and the grapes are picked by hand with the utmost care. The grapes are vinified separately for each variety in concrete vats and are then aged for 26 months in small wooden barrels. Ripe cassis and blueberries on the nose with a spicy undertone. In the mouth a very harmonious wine with dark ripe fruit, some cocoa and spices with a tannic aftertaste with fine acidity. This wine can keep perfectly. When you drink it young, we recommend decanting it and serving it in a wide glass. With a rich game preparation or a tender piece of red meat, this topper can only put a smile on your face. health!
