Regular price €21,80Plavac mali is a typical Croatian grape used for this top rosé wine. The vineyards are located right next to the domain and are among the youngest of the Korta Katharina domain. The climatic conditions are exceptional: the cool breeze from the Adriatic Sea ensures a nice and even ripening of the plavac mali. During the vinification there is a short skin maceration which provides a salmon pink hue. When smelling, we have wild strawberries, cherry and rose petals. On the palate, a rich rosé with hints of raspberry and a slightly floral undertone, which is perfectly balanced with its acidity. This rosé goes perfectly with Mediterranean fish preparations. Place this wine in the fridge for about 30 minutes before consumption to enjoy its aromas and elegance to the fullest. health!
