The vineyards have a dry subsoil covered with small boulders and the climate consists of warm days and cool nights, which are ideal for the ripening of aromatic grapes. This fine rosé was a nice discovery that we are happy to share with you. In the nose notes of wild strawberry, dried rose petals and fresh herbs. When tasting we get raspberry, spices and very elegant acidity. We recommend placing this wine in the fridge for 45 minutes before enjoying.
