Superb Puligny-Montrachet Villages of the top domain Terres de Velle, this cuvée is made from two pieces of vineyard with a beautiful South-Eastern orientation on rich limestone soils, under the Premier Cru Perrières. 3/4 of the blend comes from 65 year old vines, the rest from 30 year old vines. The soft pressing is followed by a traditional vinification in French barrique, of which 30% is new oak, where the wine matures for about 15 months after the end of the alcoholic fermentation.

This Puligny-Montrachet is all finesse with a pure, mineral expression of the top location of the vineyards. With its full attack, fine barrel aging and juicy, crispy acidity, this wine is the ideal partner for richer and gourmet dishes.
