This Natural Circus is made with 100% merlot grapes that are grown organically. The grapes are picked by hand in the early morning, in order to preserve the freshness one wants to achieve with this wine. The yield in the vineyard is only 50 hl per hectare. In the nose we have soft notes of cherry and small forest fruits, in the mouth it is all fruit and elegance.
