Domaine Pavelot Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru 2021
Regular price €133,20Lise Pavelot is one of the lucky few to own a piece of vineyard on the Corton hill, more specifically the Corton-Charlemagne, on the southern flank between Ladoix and Pernand-Vergelesses. In the subsoil we have marl with a thick limestone bottom. This gives the wines a lot of depth and finesse. When we put our nose in the glass, we notice grilled toast bread, almond and fresh farm butter. When tasting, we have a mouth-filling wine with ripe apricot, vanilla and fine acidity. The aftertaste is phenomenal and lingers for a long time. In its youth, this wine can certainly be given a carafe and served in a Burgundy glass. This wine is of course limited. health!
