Assailly

Domaine Assailly is located in Avize, one of the 17 grand cru communes in the prestigious Côte des Blancs. This small but outstanding estate has 11 hectares of vineyards planted exclusively with Chardonnay. Since 1899, the Assailly family has been producing Champagnes of exceptional quality, and today the family tradition is passionately continued by Pascal and Vincent.

The Chardonnay from this domain is the absolute top, with a crystal clear and crisp attack that is characteristic of the chalky soils of Champagne. Each grape is picked by hand, and the vineyards are like a second home to Pascal and Vincent.
