This gamay stands for the freshness and purity in a gamay with a spicy and complex character, le Père plays more the powerful and deeper card, la Mère is the elegant and 'feminine' partner of le Père. Thanks to its fresh acids and very soft tannins, this red wine can be used with many elegant dishes with white and pink meat.
