Château de Bioul 'Brut de Bioul' 2023
Regular price €25,30The Brut de Bioul is a refined Belgian sparkling wine from Château de Bioul, located in the heart of Namur. This sparkling wine is produced according to the méthode traditionnelle, the same method used for Champagne, where the second fermentation takes place in the bottle. The wine is made from a blend of hybrid grape varieties such as Johanniter, Bronner and Solaris. These varieties are particularly well adapted to the Belgian climate and require less intervention in the vineyard, in line with the sustainable and organic philosophy of the estate.
In the glass, the Brut de Bioul presents itself fresh and elegant, with hints of green apple, citrus, white flowers and a subtle touch of brioche from the maturation on lees. In the mouth, the wine is lively and mineral, with a refreshing acidity and a dry finish. This sparkling wine is an excellent aperitif, but also comes into its own with light starters, seafood or goat cheese.
