Podere della Civettaja is located in eastern Tuscany at an altitude of 550 meters above sea level. This rather unusual and unique place (it is the only domain there) provides a unique microclimate that makes it possible to make a world-class pinot noir. The vineyards cover just 2 hectares and produce only 4000 bottles a year . The winemaker, Vincenzo Tommasi , is not ready for his test piece . As an agronomic engineer, he was one of the founders of a number of renowned wineries that work biodynamically, such as Stefano Amerighi.
