We are heading towards Viermaal located in Haspengouw, Limburg. This small domain has 2 hectares and has only south-facing vineyards. Wilfried and Rob Schorpion received us very warmly and took plenty of time to tell us everything in scents and colors, but also to let us taste it. We selected a few cuvées that we are absolutely convinced of. By the way, did you know that this domain only produces bubbles and has been doing this since the year 2000. In the meantime, Wilfried has already won several prizes, because his bubbles can be placed next to champagne without any problem. So fine and elegant. This is one of the better works on Belgian soil and we can rightly be proud of it. Taste, enjoy this fantastic bubble. Health!
