'Noi' – Italian for 'we' – is a Barolo that embodies the collective character of the region. This cuvée is a carefully composed blend of Nebbiolo from various vineyards in Barolo, planted between 1970 and 1990. The slopes are at an altitude of 280 to 350 meters and face southeast and southwest.

After a classic vinification with skin maceration of 10 to 12 days, the wine matures for about 18 months in large oak barrels. Then it rests in stainless steel vats and later in bottle, so that all the aromas can blend perfectly.

The result is a Barolo with an intense cherry red colour. Ripe red fruits dominate the nose, with elegant notes of toast, earthy notes and spices that develop into light tertiary aromas. In the mouth it is powerful and layered, with firm but nicely integrated tannins and a long, harmonious finish.

A wine for those who love the juicy style of Barolo, with a balance between power and finesse. Serve at 16°C in a wider glass. This wine comes into its own from its second to at least its tenth year – and longer if stored properly.
