Domaine de la Falize Chardonnay 2020

La Falize is one of the absolute top chardonnay wines from Northern Europe. We are therefore proud to say that this is 100% Belgian. The Chardonnay grapes are picked by hand and the vineyards are biodynamically cultivated. The vines are planted on southern flanks, which allows them to enjoy the right ripening. After pressing and vinification, the wine is aged in French Allier oak barrels for 18 months. In the nose we are rewarded with scents of freshly baked brioche bread, almond and vanilla bourbon. On the taste, we have a mouth-filling attack with ripe apricot and pineapple, fresh butter and a perfect marriage with the acids that are very nicely balanced. This velvety full-bodied white wine comes into its own in a Burgundy glass and served at room temperature, with a fine Belgian classic. Wine available on request due to limited availability. health!
