Crémant de Jura from the Jean Boudry domain is made from 100% chardonnay grapes.
Vinification is done according to the Méthode Champenoise. In the nose, this crémant has scents of white flowers, apricot and white stone fruit. In the mouth we perceive lightly grilled almonds and stone fruit with a fine aftertaste and an elegant sparkle. Serve chilled in a flute glass.
