Assailly is a small, family-run Champagne house based in Avize, specializing in pure blanc de blancs from grand cru vineyards.

The Cuvée P. Assailly comes from two exceptional plots: Maladries and Monts Cheneveaux. Produced only in outstanding vintages and in very limited quantities, it offers a pure expression of grand cru terroir — clearly evident on the nose, with aromas of apricot, brioche, white blossom, and refined minerality.

On the palate, this champagne reveals great elegance and balance, with an ultra-fine mousse and a long, graceful finish. The purity of the chardonnay and the character of the vineyards are beautifully expressed.

Best served in a wine glass and not too cold, to allow the aromas to fully unfold.
