Regular price €49,80The Barbaresco 'Montersino' is an elegant and refined wine from the famous Montersino cru in the Barbaresco region. This wine is made from Nebbiolo grapes, planted in 1982, at an altitude of 300 to 320 meters.
After a soft pressing of the grapes and a maceration of 10-12 days, the wine matures for 12-18 months in oak barrels. After bottling, the wine is given time to develop further in the bottle, which provides an extra layer of complexity.
The colour of this Barbaresco is a vibrant cherry red, and the bouquet is delicate and elegant. The aromas of raspberry and violets blend with richer, spicy notes, which emphasise the refinement of the wine. On the palate, the Barbaresco is juicy and well-structured, with a soft texture and harmonious flavour. This is a wine of great prestige, which will develop beautifully both now and in the years to come.
