Vignoble du Buisson chardonnay 2023

Vignoble Buisson is a Belgian wine estate that has been active since 2015 on two different terroirs in Wallonia: Orbais (Walloon Brabant) and Latinne (province of Liège). With 5.3 hectares of vineyards, planted with Chardonnay and Pinot varieties, among others, the estate focuses on quality wines that reflect the identity of their origin.

This Chardonnay comes from the vineyard in Latinne, where the clay and schist soil provides a wine with structure, depth and ageing potential.

In the glass it shows a bright, golden yellow colour. The aroma is refined and complex, with notes of ripe pear, citrus zest and a subtle floral touch, carried by a mineral undertone. In the mouth the wine is rich and balanced, with fresh acidity that provides tension and elegance. The long finish emphasises the careful vinification process and the potential of this Belgian Chardonnay.
