Vignoble du Buisson pinot gris 2023

Founded in 2015, Vignoble Buisson extends over 5.3 hectares spread over two sites in Wallonia: Orbais (Walloon Brabant) and Latinne (Liège province). The estate focuses on classic grape varieties and works with respect for the terroir to produce wines with precision and character.

This Pinot Gris comes from the slopes of Orbais, where the grapes benefit from excellent exposure to sun and wind. The loam and clay subsoil provides a fresh, fruit-driven style with a lively structure.

In the glass this wine shows a light, golden yellow color. The aroma is expressive, with notes of ripe pear, apricot, white flowers and a hint of citrus. The taste is smooth and balanced, with a fresh acidity that carries the fruit nicely. The finish is clean and refined.
