Gorgo 'Cà'Nova' 2023

Cà'Nova is an elegant and juicy red wine, made from the indigenous Corvina grape. This wine is characterized by its lively fruit expression and great juiciness. After the manual harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in their entire bunches in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. A long maceration with the skins follows, during which no harsh extraction methods are used, in order to preserve the juicy character of the Corvina. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 18 months in barriques of different ages, which provides some extra complexity, without the wine being dominated by the taste of the wood. The result is a harmonious, refined wine with a soft structure and a balanced balance between freshness and depth.

The nose offers an inviting scent of fresh cherries, blueberries, cassis and plums, with delicate hints of white pepper. In the mouth you taste a soft, round and pure wine with refined acids and a soft texture.
