Woest’s Brut Sans Année is a Belgian sparkling wine made from meunier in Oosteeklo, blended from several harvest years. The base wine is aged in stainless steel before spending at least 24 months sur lattes following the secondary fermentation in the bottle. With a dosage of 5 g/l, it develops a fresh character with a soft, balanced profile.

In the glass, it shows a light yellow color with enticing aromas of apple compote and fresh citrus. The palate is fruity and lively, with subtle evolution and medium body. Perfect as an aperitif or alongside light dishes.
