WIN 0% alcohol tempranillo 12 meses barrica

WIN, a project of the Spanish Matarromera family, produces 0% wines in one of the most respectful ways to make alcohol-free wines. Without chemical enrichment with flavorings or synthetic aromas... Through evaporation and extraction, the natural aromas are preserved while the alcohol is removed from the wine. The wine is then enriched again with these naturally extracted and evaporated aromas, coming from the original wine. This provides a relatively strong approximation of how a wine tastes, but without the alcohol.

This 0% Tempranillo is an alternative to slightly more robust red wines with wood aging, the base wine was aged for 12 months in French and American oak.
