18. Valdition l'Oratoire Blanc 2024

L'Oratoire Blanc is a refined and complex white wine, made from 100% Roussanne grapes from the chalky soils of Provence. This prestigious cuvée showcases the elegance and depth of the terroir, with a vinification that demonstrates Valdition's combination of tradition and innovation in winemaking.

The grapes are harvested at night to preserve their freshness and undergo gentle skin maceration and pressing. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts, with half of the wine aging in egg-shaped concrete vats and the other half in oak barrels, where it is regularly stirred (bâtonnage) for a year for added structure and complexity.

The result is a wine with intense aromatic expression, typically featuring aromas of brioche, white flowers, and apricot. On the palate, it is full-bodied, silky, and balanced, with a refined minerality and a long finish.
