The Mossiat is a pronounced white wine with depth and character, produced by Château de Bioul and made entirely from the Bronner grape variety. This variety is known for its aromatic power, structure and good resistance to mold, which fits perfectly with the organic working methods of the domain.

In the glass, the Mossiat shows an intense golden yellow color. The aroma is rich and layered, with notes of ripe peach, candied citrus, herbs and a hint of nuttiness. The taste is full and powerful, with a firm structure, subtle wood notes (depending on the vintage) and a long, complex finish. The wine matures partly on its fine lees, which contributes to the roundness and complexity.

The Mossiat is a real food wine and comes into its own with dishes such as roast poultry, fish with butter sauce, risotto with mushrooms or even lightly matured cheeses.
