This prosecco is made from the glera grape, which is the most important for the production of this Italian bubble. The grapes are grown organically and come from the hills around Conegliano-Valdobbiadene. Since 2009, prosecco has a DOCG status, which shows that the quality is on the rise. A domain like Pizzolato is an absolute example of this. The first fermentation takes place in an open tank, the second in a closed tank. They are only allowed on the market after 9 months. In the nose we are spoiled with citrus fruits, white peach and granny smith apple. In the first sip, the fine sparkle comes to the fore, which is finely interwoven with a light floral touch and some zest of orange and citrus. The aftertaste is fine and dry and makes you long for more… This is pleasure in the glass that you have to share. We recommend placing the bottle in the fridge for an hour before enjoying. health!
