The blend of the three grapes ensures its fresh character. The long finish and complexity is the reward we get in the final. This fine white wine gives us scents of lychee, quince and a spicy undertone of fresh mint in the nose. In the mouth, the taste buds are stimulated by grapefruit, citrus and ripe pear with a broad aromatic character coming from the 6 months aging with its own lees. The finale is therefore surprising and shows us how the acids are perfectly balanced with the whole. We recommend placing this wine in the fridge for an hour before enjoying. health!
