Monteberg pinot gris 2021

This pinot gris is one of the standard bearers of the Monteberg domain. This wine mainly consists of pinot gris and may therefore also be named as such. To temper the acids that are characteristic of our cooler climate, 2 other grapes are added, which together ensure a harmonious whole. The vineyards have been looked after almost organically for several years, so that almost no interventions have to be done during the vinification. The purity of this fresh wine gives us scents of pears, citrus and a floral undertone in the nose. When tasting the wine, a light touch of fresh butter, followed by the floral and refreshing notes of lemon zest. These are perfectly interwoven with the fine and elegant acidity that completes the wine. We recommend that you place the wine in the fridge for 45 minutes before enjoying. health!
