Delphine & Sébastien Boisseau
The young couple Delphine & Sébastien Boisseau have been masters in Southern Burgundy since 2012 in the field of biodynamic viticulture and the making of wines brimming with finesse. Only 7.5 ha and limited volumes are available. When visiting this domain, the passion of Delphine and Sébastien radiates on us. The wines come from carefully selected plots with the best orientation and substrate in the village of Mâcon-Bray. Old vines give these wines a lot of depth and a pure character. We were immediately sold and can't help but share this with you. These wines can be perfectly combined with a dish, but can also simply be used to meditate and enjoy a glass of Burgundy wine 'pur sang'.
