La Famille K Crémant de Bourgogne

This Crémant de Bourgogne is a wonderful example of the fact that exceptionally fine bubbles are also produced outside the Champagne region. Based on the Chardonnay grape and the well-known méthode traditionelle, Benoit Merchier produces a refreshing yet round and soft sparkling wine on his wine estate 'La Famille K'. Due to its maturation 'sur lattes' of one and a half years, this sparkling wine develops soft aromas of freshly baked puffs and biscuits and small, more pleasant bubbles. Cheers!
