Château Fombrauge

Filter
Château Fombrauge is one of the 4 Grand Cru Classés belonging to the heritage of the Magrez family. The history of Château Fombrauge goes back to 1466 when Jacques de Canolle, the first owner, planted the vineyards at that time. With 58.60 hectares, this is the largest domain in Saint-Emilion. Since 2012, Château Fombrauge belongs to the select group of the Grand Cru Classés. Also in that year, heavy investments were made in the cellar, among other things, many cuvees were purchased to be able to vinify all separate plots of vineyard separately. This ensures that one can bring even more technical and refined wines. This only benefits the quality in the glass. Health!
