Domaine Saupin is located in the world famous Sèvre et Maine appellation, in the Pays Nantais, in the western Loire against the Atlantic Ocean. Serge Saupin is the wine producer and is someone who only settles for the best. His wine estate is located east of the city of Nantes, more precisely Divette-sur-Loire. Both the proximity of the Loire River and the vineyards, located between 30 and 80 meters above sea level, ensure an ideal ripening potential of the grapes. The perfect drainage of the subsoil and the care that Serge devotes to his vineyards make this winemaker one of the best in the region. We tasted a fresh oyster on site and were immediately sold.
