This is one of the great champagne houses and one of the few that is still completely family run. Michel Drappier's three children are currently at the helm. Since 1808, this house has been located in Urville, in the south of the Champagne region. The wine cellars date from the 12th century and are only 14 km from the resting place of the widely acclaimed 'Charles de Gaulle'. Their specialty is mainly pinot noir grape. They have no less than 105 hectares of vineyards, of which 55 hectares are owned. The vineyards that are not owned are cultivated completely according to the house rules and with the utmost respect. Drappier is a house of name and fame, which is praised by sommeliers worldwide. health!
