Sebestyén kadarka 2022

In the heart of Szekszárd, brother and sister Csaba and Csilla make elegant red wines from the Kadarka grape and Szekszárdi Bikavér, emphasizing the purity of grapes and terroir. Their careful use of wooden barrels produces juicy and fruity wines that invite the next glass. This kadarka is the perfect example of this, with its very light intensity in color and lively acidity, this is a fruit bomb of size. Particularly juicy red fruit and light floral notes remain fascinating until the end and therefore combines fantastically with grilled fish preparations, vegetable dishes or even a classic carpaccio or steak tartare. The wine was made from a selection of grapes from +/- 50 year old Kadarka vineyards and further fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the primary, juicy fruit.
