Savagnin is the grape par excellence in the Jura. The vines are planted on gray marl rock and the grapes are picked manually. The wine is aged for no less than 4 years in old oak barrels, resulting in a dry white wine with slightly oxidative notes. In the nose zest of nectarine, lemon zest and nuts. In the mouth this wine is dry and notes of agrum and white stone fruit emerge with a long dry and aromatic finish. We recommend decanting this wine for about 30 minutes to enjoy it. health!
