Domaine Pavelot 1er Cru Sous-Frétile 2019 Magnum

The Sous-Frétile is one of the five premier crus in Pernand-Vergelesses.
These vineyards are located at an altitude of almost 330 meters, with a subsoil of brown limestone that produces a soft wine for storage. The old sticks and the precise care that the Pavelot Family devotes to them make this one of their showpieces. Chardonnay with a wide range of aromas of ripe apricot, vanilla, hazelnut and fresh butter. When tasting, the finesse and subtlety come to the fore, along with a light woody note that is very finely woven into the wine due to its upbringing.
If you drink the wine young, we recommend decanting it half an hour in advance and serving it in an appropriate Burgundy glass. Then enjoy, enjoy, enjoy… Cheers!
