Regular price €31,40Powerful red wine with a lot of depth from 100% Plavac Mali grape. The old vineyards are located on eastern flanks, which ensures that the grapes can ripen nicely evenly. Due to the warm climate, the harvest already takes place from the end of August to the middle of September. As a result, the grapes are not overripe and they retain their character. The wine is aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 18 months. Afterwards another bottle aging in the cellar to only be released on the market when it is almost ready to drink. This wine offers us in the nose aromas of herbs, ripe cranberries and plum marmalade. With the first sip, the taste buds are spoiled with spices, red forest fruits, paprika and strong tannins that are perfectly blended into the whole. Serve in a wider glass and decant beforehand if necessary. You must have tasted this discovery. health!
