Barbara at his best. This modern red wine is elegant and modern vinified. The grapes come from vineyards 380 meters above sea level. Only 4,500 vines per hectare have been planted and are fully biodynamically cultivated. The grapes are picked by hand in the early morning and undergo a rigorous selection process. Only the best fruit is used for this wine. The wine is intense and has a slight violet sheen. In the nose we perceive scents of blackberries and licorice, with a light floral undertone. In the mouth we have forest fruits that are crispy. The low tannins and the well-presented acidity are a real pleasure for lovers of elegant red wines with great depth and finesse.
