This blancs de blancs is a brut nature, which means that it contains 0% added sugars. This Champagne is dry and tight and contains a lot of finesse. It has a slightly mineral undertone and a fine sparkle that feasts our eyes even before drinking it. The chardonnay comes from grand cru vineyards from Avize, the mecca for this grape where it gives the best of itself thanks to a limestone subsoil. Pure pleasure in your glass!
