Regular price €64,60The Cuvée P. Assailly comes from two exceptional plots: 'Maladries' and 'Monts Cheneveaux'. This champagne is only produced in the best years and is therefore very limited. It is a true expression of the grand cru terroir, and you can clearly taste that. The typical aromas of these top vineyards are beautifully expressed here: brioche bread, apricot, blossoms... These are just a few of the scents that you catch in the nose.
When tasting, you are rewarded with an extremely elegant and balanced finish, where the bubbles are so fine that you know immediately that you are dealing with a real top wine. The finesse and the terroir of the vineyards are perfectly expressed in this champagne.
It is advisable to serve this cuvée in a wine glass and not too cold, so that your taste buds are fully pampered by the delicate nuances.
