Pardevalles Claret rosé organic 2019

Pardevalles is a domain located in Castilla e Leon, northwest of Madrid. The existence of the vineyards is due to Rafael Alonso, who founded this domain in 1949. They are located in Valdevimbre Leon, close to Camino de Santiago. The domain strives for expression of autochthonous grapes and innovative vinification methods. In addition, the wines are certified organic. The vineyards have a dry subsoil covered with small boulders and the climate consists of warm days and cool nights, which are ideal for the ripening of aromatic grapes. This fine rosé was a nice discovery that we are happy to share with you. In the nose notes of wild strawberry, dried rose petals and fresh herbs. When tasting we get raspberry, spices and very elegant acidity. We recommend placing this wine in the fridge for 45 minutes before enjoying. This wine immediately puts us in a holiday mood on a sunny day. health!
