Mas Simsó El Niño 2021
Regular price €15,40Bodega Mas Simsó creates with the 'El Niño Cuvée' a limited edition, of which only about 2200 bottles are produced annually. This wine is made from 100% Garnacha Negra grapes, from vines that are on average 50 years old, planted on a soil of pure slate.
After manual harvesting, the grapes are gently crushed and macerated for 18 days, with regular immersion of the skins for maximum flavour extraction. The wine is then aged 75% in stainless steel tanks and 25% in old oak barrels for 6 months.
When tasting, you will discover aromas of strawberry, red cherry and a subtle spicy character in the nose. In the mouth you will be surprised by a juicy texture of red fruit, refined wood tones and a light spicy undertone. The elegant finish completes the wine. To experience the wine at its best, it is recommended to decant it 30 minutes before serving and pour it into a Burgundy glass. Cheers!
