Cave Spring Cellars pinot noir 2021

Very interesting, cool climate pinot noir from Niagara, Canada, made by the pioneer family of fine wine in this region. This pinot noir comes from the peninsula's western vineyards at various elevations around Lake Ontario. These vineyards are characterized by an interesting clay/limestone soil with pieces of hard 'shale' and constant tempering wind from the lake. This creates a silky smooth and juicy style pinot noir.
