The Cévennes is a national park with a massive mountain range that borders the Gard and the Hérault. This ensures a natural protection of the vineyards. The chardonnay gives us scents of ripe apricot and litchee in the nose. When tasting, the wine is mouth-filling and the taste of yellow apple, apricot and a hint of pineapple comes to the fore.
