Raymond Usseglio La Part des Anges 2020

La Part des Anges is the part of the wine that evaporates when it is aged in barrel. This wine is mainly made from mourvèdre, with an addition of grenache and syrah grapes. The grapes are grown completely biodynamically and picked manually. They cut some trusses themselves in the spring in order to keep only the best trusses in the ripening season and to have more concentrated, higher-quality fruit. This wine is very rich and full of scents of cassis, violet, wild herbs and light green peppers. In the mouth we are spoiled with a wine that perfectly balances tannins and acids. The finish is long and mouth-filling with tannins well present in its youth. In the first 2 years, be sure to open the wine an hour in advance. Serve in a small red wine glass and decant as the wine has not been filtered. Pure pleasure to share with loved ones. Health.
