White Châteauneuf is produced to a lesser extent. With this white wine, Stéphane Usseglio shows how he makes a perfect blend of 4 different grape varieties. Grenache (40%) provides the mouth-filling character. But how he makes the orchestra succeed with the roussanne, clairette and bourboulenc, shows great class. This wine is powerful on the attack and has notes of ripe yellow fruit, floral undertones and on the palate almond, chamomile and peach emerge with a structure that is perfectly balanced. This wine is best enjoyed in good company and refined cuisine. Serve in a wider glass if possible and open for 15 minutes to enjoy. health!
