San Simone Sauvignon Blanc Prestige 2021

This fresh sauvignon blanc belongs to the prestige line of San Simone. The grapes come from vineyards located in the northwest, so that the grapes mature slowly and gradually. After manual picking and pressing, the gravy goes into thermoregulated stainless steel cuves. The wine has an intense color and gives us floral notes, exotic fruit and some sage in the nose. When tasting, the wine is flawless and we are spoiled with flavors of citrus fruits, floral undertones and a fresh final of acidity and grapefruit zest.
