Elegant red wine from Champagne based on Pinot Meunier. This wine shows that Laurent Lequart is truly a progressive winemaker. Manual picking, old vineyards that are between 25-70 years old and that have been maintained according to the HVE rules (haute valeur environnementale). During vinification there is a maceration of 14 days. In addition, 2 volumes are always brought together. On the nose we have cassis, autumn leaves and a slightly spicy undertone.
