Le Minéral is a fresh white wine, which was composed from several vineyards in the Picpoul de Pinet appellation in the Languedoc. When selecting the grapes, grapes from vineyards with an average age of 10 years were chosen. In this way the wine retains its fresh acidity and thirst-quenching character in all respects. In the nose we have citrus notes, white peach and a light grapefruit zest. The mouth is floral and the citrus notes and acids come straight at you. Fresh white wine that knows how to please the whole table. health!
