When selecting the grapes, grapes from vineyards with an average age of 10 years were chosen. In this way the wine retains its fresh acidity and thirst-quenching character in all respects. In the nose we have citrus notes, white peach and a light grapefruit zest. The mouth is floral and the citrus notes and acids come straight at you.
